I don’t know what these folks are talking about with the non 5 star reviews- I called TI after my regular BMW performance shop in Windsor didn’t have enough techs that day to mount and balance a set of bespoke custom forged wheels and Michelin PS4S tires. Couple of my local Manchester car buds recommended TI and 20 minutes later I dropped my wheels, tires and TPMS off for mounting. I typically use Town Fair for my other cars but hey why not try a new place? A couple hours later I got a call that the tires were mounted and balanced so I picked them up. Flawless mounting, no nicks or scratches on the wheels and most importantly the typical lube residue wasn’t all over the wheels! I have pretty expensive modified cars and expensive wheels- I don’t trust most places when it comes to working on my car, and I do much of the work on my cars myself, but I will absolutely vouch for TI and the crew here based on what I saw and the super easy quick process. Awesome job folks, you earned a new customer!!! Thank you guys!!

Had my car worked on several times from 2022 - 2023. In November 2023 I recommended my son take his 20 year old BMW car for oil and filter change. Their auto techs didn't tighten screws and oil leaked for miles and constantly stopped on highway while driving. Very dangerous! It also caused fire underneath while driving from CT to NY. My son had to pull over and try to extinguish fire underneath his car. Manager was not helpful and dismissive when he called and told his staff did the job and that he can replay video as proof. He said My son probably had loose screws when he brought his car in. Not true. Very disappointed with the service and never going back there. I cannot with good conscience recommend Tires International to anyone else.

I made an appointment to get brakes done while I was getting emissions. I needed my front brakes done. I made an appointment for Saturday Sept 23. They opened at 8 I dropped it off early left my keys in the slot in a baggy with my name what I needed done and phone number. Never had done work their only went for emissions but heard good things. So I saw another set of keys I left my bag of keys next to other set. I called at 11:30 to see when I could pick my car up. I parked my car right in front. The guy was like we don't have your keys you were supposed to throw down shoot. Well I never saw a shoot and never had work done there before. Why wouldn't you check to see if there were keys like I said there was another set of keys next to mine. They had not completed any work. I picked up my car and brought to another mechanic who fixed my brakes right away. After that experience. I will no longer do business with this establishment again.

NEVER recommend this place.I took my 21 WRX STI to this place for mount and balancing my new aftermarket wheels and putting it them on that car followed up by an alignment and the guy at the counter was really really rude and not welcoming ( guy with the beard and a cap). I had given all details of my car before the appointment day and when I dropped my car and waited I let them know to take the spacers off before mounting the wheel on the car as I had it with the OEM wheel. This guy very rudely said no I won’t do it and just walked . This is not a way to behave with a customer and he needs to learn how to deal with a customer. When the mechanic came around to give my car back, the mechanic told me that I do not know why they asked me not to do and I did tell them it’s just a 20mm spacer that you need to take out with four bolts and not a big deal and he completely agreed and he also mentioned that there was no wheel lock key which was actually there in the centre console and the guy at the front desk did not ask me while checking in but I still left it there. NEVER recommend this shop and I did tell the guy on the face that he was very RUDE and wasted my time.
